General Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any Titan Water Solutions brand items that have been opened or installed on a home. Shipping charges are not refundable- return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and Titan Water Solutions has the right to charge a 25% restock fees for all returned items. For local customers that we installed, installation / removal charges are not refundable. The cost of install or uninstall can be up to $500.

Lastly, the following charges on taxes, brokerage, and shipping are not refundable.

Shipping Times and Back Orders

Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Receiving times vary on average between 1 and 3 business days after an order has been shipped. All orders are shipped complete, and any back-ordered or special-order items can delay shipping times.

Delivery Times in the USA

Shipping timelines can vary between different carriers and locations, but as a general rule of thumb here are some close estimates of delivery times. Please consider and add time for us to prepare the order for shipment as noted in the previous section.

• States Surrounding Florida: 2-5 Business Days
• Midwestern States: 2-5 Business Days
• North East States: 2-5 Business Days
• West Coast States: 5-10+ Business Days
• South West States: 5-10+ Business Days
• North West States: 5-10+ Business Days

Please note: Business Days are Monday to Friday. All delivery times are estimates only. These estimates do not include the processing time to prepare the order.
